No Young Person Limited by Disadvantage

Prior to Lockdown the charity ran four different projects CWALA, Sharp Minds, Brunswick Youth Project. Since Lockdown came into effect the charity has restructured and combined them into two.

Community and Groups

Young People First offers a range of positive activities for local young people living in Warwivck District. Once permitted we will reopen our open access youth clubs and holiday provision in the Brunswick Ward. At present our work in this community is happening in the form of detached work where youth workers safely interact with young people as they walk in the community.

Our Sharp minds project which previously ran therapeutic groups before lockdown serving vulnerable young people referred to us by other agencies due to mental health related problems, is still continuing but now all groups meet online until such a time as when we can meet again safely.

We are still accepting referrals for this work.
